Bill Payment Options
Lodi Utilities has several convenient methods to pay your utility bill.
Pay In Person
Lodi Utilities customers can make payments in person at the utility office, located at 130 South Main Street (City Hall) during normal business hours of Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Pay By Mail
Please use the convenient envelopes that accompany each month’s utility bill. Or if you’d like, enclose payment with your own stamped envelope and mail to the utility at the address provided at the top of the bill.
If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order only. Do not send cash. When paying by mail, be sure to include the top portion of the bill with your payment.
Pay Online or By Telephone
Lodi Utilities offers credit/debit card or checking/saving account payments through Payment Service Network (PSN). You may make payments online using the Pay My Bill option at the top of this page or by calling 1-877-885-7968. Have your utility bill handy to provide your account number. There is a $2.95 fee per transaction along with a maximum payment of $300. PSN will allow you to make multiple transactions should your bill exceed the maximum amount. Your account will be credited the following business day.
Credit/debit card payments are not accepted in person at the Lodi Utility office.
