The City of Lodi is working with MSA to develop an Adaptive Management Plan for the City's wastewater treatment facility (WWTF). The goal of the plan is to identify improvements in the watershed that will reduce phosphorus loadings to Spring Creek to an extent that the stream achieves compliance with the water quality criterion for phosphorus (0.075 mg/L) immediately downstream from the WWTF outfall pipe. The project kicked off in February of 2015 with a completion date of September 2015 for the actual Plan.
